ACCS agent desktop variables

How is is possible to push script variable values on the AD under intrinsics?
I tried to configure under CCMM/agent desktop configuration/general intrinsics, but on AAAD, the configured variable not visible during a call. It shows only the pre-configured intrinsics always (skillset, etc)
Is there any other way to put script variables to the agent desktop (eg database query results)?
