ACCS 7.0.1 sync TCP 104 error

I'm really frustrated... I follow all the instructions in the manual but the agent and supervisors created in the ignition process in ACCS are not synchronized in the IP Office. I create the "accssync" user/password in Manager but in Monitor, everytime I'm try to sync the IP Office with ACSS the log reads: "ERR: TCP Connection error 104 for Src=<IP Office>:4264 Dst=<ACCS Server>:80".

In the System Status I see the SIP ACCS Extension with a list of extensions previousy used in the ACCS 6.4 (it's an upgrade).

Somebody had a similar problem???
