Accrual Carry-Over Limit

I'm trying to give an employee the remaining money from his banked vacation. I know that vacation time doesn't carry over but vacation money does. When I tried to issue that to him it gave me an error that the carry-over limit for this employee has exceeded.

How can I fix this and pay him the remaining vacation pay?

Do you pay out from the Accrual or do you have another code that you use to pay out using?

We pay out from the accrual using VACACC item code and selecting payment instead of banking

Make sure that your line is set to payment - but keep in mind that based on the date of your timecard it might be thinking of performing an accrual as per the normal calculation.
