I've never used AccPac, but I think it's a Crystal Reports based package. If so, you'll need to copy the *.DLLs from the Crystal Directory to %systemroot%\system32 as a start.
My advice here is test it - it should work with a bit of patient tweaking. Use Filemon from to check for any path and permissions-related issues.
