When running an AVB macro, it automatically asks the user to signon or choose one of the active sessions. It is possible to do this using XAPI?

Basically I want to distribute compiled VB exe instead of un-protected AVB macro (macro password isn't secure at all). However, I don't want to go down the SDK/OCX path. XAPI does most of the things except that it requires separate login every time which can be annoying.

Any solutions to this? TIA.

Not that I have come across. All my VB apps to ACCPAC use a login. Clients have not complained yet.

The only other option I have used is to allow the client to configure the required information and have the program read and use it. This, however, is a large security risk and most clients prefer to login each time.
