Hey folks,
Odd question to post here perhaps but...
I've been unable to access the documents download area of the new website and have an open ticket with them for over a week with zero response. I also spent 100+ minutes in queue with website support at Sage. I can't seem to get through to them - my VAR advises that for website issues I have no path but the 800 number and the website itself.
Any suggestions? Should I write them a letter (postal) to get support??

The new website at Sage sucks the big one. Even Sage business partners have to go through the 800 number.
 
Ok that's what I figured.

I get raw SAP errors once in a while too - it seems they paid out the wazoo for an SAP based site (Sage CRM doesn't scale??) and it ain't working well.

oh well
 
Sage is a large multi-national, it sells products you never heard of. They were forced into SAP by higher-ups. And it's been a mess, like so many other SAP projects.
