Odd question to post here perhaps but...
I've been unable to access the documents download area of the new website and have an open ticket with them for over a week with zero response. I also spent 100+ minutes in queue with website support at Sage. I can't seem to get through to them - my VAR advises that for website issues I have no path but the 800 number and the website itself.
Any suggestions? Should I write them a letter (postal) to get support??
