Accpac v/s Super Clerk

To everybody out there?

I have been having some serious problems with these 2 that being Super clerk and Accpac Advantage series. There seems to be a serious lack of integration between the two, unless there is something wrong in our implementatin. Can someboyd please let me know is thy have had similar problems or any insight.
