AccPac through Enterprise is slow

Hello All,
When we run and AccPac report through the local machine, it returns results in about 30 seconds. When we run the same report through Crystal Enterprise, it takes 4-5 minutes. The CPU spikes to 95% for 2-3 minutes of that time on the server as well. Is it normal that Enterprise should take so much longer?

Database?
Which report?

I should know better.
It's AccPac 5.3, Oracle 10g database, and it's a canned report... specifically A/P Invoice Batch Listing Report with G/L Account Descriptions (apibtclz.RPT)

I don't know the answer to this problem, but the first thing that comes to mind is if the report takes 30 sec in Accpac then why do you want to run it in CE?
