Where can i find the customer master check box...The statements that I am trying to print gives an error message when I include a certain date range... but it prints well for other dates...the error message is "There are no records in the specified range

The "customer master check box" is in A/R Customers/Customers/Processing.

Note that if you already printed and accepted statements on one date, you can't go backwards in time.
