HI all,
I have Accpac 4.2, I think with Windowing Plus running under windows 98. In some modules, particularily A/R and A/P it prints a blank page between each data sheet doubling the report size. Any idea? I have tried changing the printer font, didn't help. Which form would it use for the posting journal and print/consolidate G/L transactions.
Thanks,
Zeke

Is it ACCPAC for Windows 4.2 or ACCPAC Plus?

If it's windows then try updating the printer driver and video drivers. I know - how could those be related but Crystal is affected by screen resolution and metrics.

Thank you very much. It is ACCPAC Plus 6.5, I now see. Not the Windows version. I have tried changing the printer defs, some improvement, say in G/L Listing, but not in A/R or A/P. Are they different?
Any help would be appreciated.
Keith

Try changing your printer in ACCPAC to print as a HPII or HP4. Generally the emulation is supported by most printers. Basically ACCPAC doesn't know about your printer's metrics so it can't accurately figure out where to place page breaks.

Try going to for more help - unless someone else has ideas...

Hi Keith,

If you are using a HP printer on the printer change the form size from 60 lines to 66. This should clear up most problems when printing to LaserJet printers. Although, there are still a couple of month-end reports (G/L consolidation reports) that may still print the extra page.
