Accpac Print Error 1

This is the error I’m receiving when attempting to print on my new computer in Accpac




Please Help

That is not a standard Accpac GL report.
Versions?
Database?
Service packs?
Do other reports work?
Can other computers print that report?
Are the Accpac programs installed locally, or did you run workstation setup?
Are you using customization directories?

Versions?.....5.3 some a some B GL is version B
Database? ? pervasive on server v8.6 if this is what you're asking
Service packs? AR & AP are 5.3A service pack 2
Do other reports work? Every other report works on every other machine.
New machine for me and for some reason won't allow me to connect to
db....Actually I can read, write, modify, view all data, just unable to
print a report. The report was just the chart of accounts in the gl?
Can other computers print that report?
Are the Accpac programs installed locally, or did you run workstation setup?
Work station setup
Are you using customization directories? Not sure on that issue, but when
John set them up he made the directories so they couldn't be seen by staff
(\\server1\progs$\53\...)
