1.How to convert the Accpac plus Dos Version into windows version(Sae Accpac ERP 5.5A)?

2. Can i convert the DOS Version directly into Accpac 5.5 version?
it would be grateful if tell me any guide or doc.

You have to convert using 5.4, then upgrade to 5.5.

So that doc availale in 5.4A version only right, I was checking in ..\DOCS\5.5AENG.

In case you missed it, the Plus conversion has been dropped from Accpac 5.5 onwards, you have to convert to Accpac 5.4 or lower first and then upgrade to Accpac 5.5.
