Accpac Plus Lanpak issue 2

(Yes, we still have some of these and we are forgetting how to fix them.)
Problem: System crashed. Rebuilt new Win Svr 2003 server. Restored Accpac. Works fine from the server showing 4 lanpaks. From the PC it says there are no lanpaks and we get the "consult your dealer" message. Install from disk says there are no more lanpaks to install.

Apparently there is a hidden file in the asp directory that is missing. Anyone know what this is?
Or better still, how can we delete the lanpak install and re-install fron the disk?

Any help would be appreciated.

My memory's failing, but wasn't it SYPRSC.SYS?

I would delete the ASP folder and then reinstall SM and Lanpaks. Check that you have the SM installation disks/CD and activation code before deleting the ASP folder though. Also make sure you delete any hidden files.

You have to point to a common folder or you will trash your data...
