accpac plus (dos)

I just started working with a company that uses accpac plus. I just want to know what is involved in expanding the amount of users windows available at a time. Often I can not access the network and run into the F2 error message telling me that there are no slots left
. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Windowing System Manager do you have installed? Start ACCPAC and press Ctrl+L (List Version Numbers). System Manager is at the top.

Typically you buy a LAN pack which allows one user access to the modules within ACCPAC. Those are available from your ACCPAC dealer and if you don't have an ACCPAC dealer then you can contact ACCPAC to locate one near you.
