Accpac plus Dos screen in Win2k does not work well.

Hi,

I have just upgrade my win98 wks to Win2000, still running on FAT32. Everthing seems to be ok except this:

when I was in Accpac plus application, I want to move to dos environment, as normal I press F3 for the menu and then select 'DOS' option and suppose then it will change to Dos environment. However this does not work. Once I've select the Dos option, the entire screen become black. This is extremely frustrated when we want to do our backup and we couldn't see any further message to continue.

From try and error, I notice that although the entire screen has become black, but I still can type in command, for eg. 'exit', and it will return to the Accpac plus applicaiton. (But I couldn't see the command that I've typed in)

Can someone kindly help me on this scenario ?

Hi Zent,

I noticed this is from September. Have you found a solution yet? If not a couple things to try:

1) Switch to full screen mode with <Alt>+<Enter>
2) Start up PLUS.EXE with /V3 as a parameter. You can also try /V4, /V5, /V6, etc.

Do not use the switch /V1 unless you like black & white ;-)
