Accpac module close when openening

Hi all,

Please help......

i have accpac 5.6, i can open accpac and work in some modules but not all, when i open PO module it closed without any warning, just close and cannot work in it. what can i do to fix this???? this does not happen for all users only some users. all users work via RD

Delete the user profile in the USER folder, then try again.

I deleted the user then try open the PO module/ PO entry, it freezes and then close.

Where are the program files installed? On the local drive?

in the user folder where the program is installed

the programs are installed on the remote computer.
if i log into Accpac with admin it does the same and close, so its not the user. i think it has to do with the remote connection or something else, dont know.
