accpac integration with other products

i have one integration software which integrates ACCPAC AP with the webportal. The invoices from WebPortal comes in AP
while running the exe i am receiving an error "ERROR while getting functional currencies Method '~' of object '~' failed-2147467259"

My system configuration is following

SM 5.2A
AP 5.2A SP4
AS 5.2A
CS 5.2A
Operating system XP professional.
MS SQL Server 2000
