Accpac History Clearing

Hi

I have a client running on Accpac V5.2 that want to clear history on all active modules.
They are running on Pervasie and have a 10GB database.
They have the following modules:
AP, AR, CB, GL, IC, OE, PO.

Where is the best place to start? Operations modules or Financial?
