Accpac Hang after generating Transaction Listing

Standard transaction listing report is amended as per request of the client. All users are using customized directory. This report is in the customized directory other PC can access and generate this report but doesn't encounter this problem. In one client after closing the generated report accpac will hang.

Need your help.

One client". Select "restore defaults" on the icon used to run the report.
