Accpac error

Utilizing Accpac 6.1 WIndowing manager for DOS. While trying to access th GL a red box comes up and says I have corrupt data and to press F2 to continue. I cannot get passed this error. What can I do? My last backup was a month ago and I just finished a month out and was fixing to backup.
