ACCPAC DOS Sales Analysis/Open Files

Hello there,

Our company is running ACCPAC 6.0 on DOS, and I have inherited a scheduled NT Backup that backs up the entire ACCPAC directory (data for 3 companies). Only problem is, I am getting intermittent 'files in use' errors with the SRTRANS.xxx files for one company. I know the simple solution is that somebody is leaving the module open, but I figured I'd ask if there is any other situation where this files would remain open on the server. Before the last IT director left, it seems that we were not having these problems

Maybe you have other in-house developed applications that open some files and leave them open or there's an user tha do not close that application.

Have you remote users? They could be you're problem too!

Uhh, BrianoNur, do you have any experience with Accpac Plus for DOS?
