As an aside, most of the people offering help here are on the Sage site, too.
You might try immediately going into SQL and type SELECT @@ERROR.
Do you need to load the contents of that table? If it is to test something else, is that table required?
You could try running dbLoad from within Sage which will allow you to restart the load vs. loading the whole thing again. That would enable you to run rvSpy and/or dbSpy to see what it says.
Hows your database drive space? That's a lot of records for one table so I would imagine that the database is quite large.
