Hello All,

I would like to know if Accpac has the capability to automatically disable an account by setting the contract termination date. Like for example, contractor. If he/she has a fixed employment period for six months, can you configure the account to have an end date which would disable his/her account when she reach the termination date.

Example: ABC contract is from January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016.

I will set his/her account in Accpac to end June 30, 2016. Is this possible? If yes, how?
If possible, does it have an interface where you can take a screenshot?

P.S. This is possible in the Active Directory network.

Thank you.

Thanks for the tip. I have another question: Does Accpac have a feature that would show the termination date for a specific user? Something like a dialog box that would show the account was terminated on a certain date. Again thanks all.

No, because it doesn't have a termination date field. Use active directory.
