Is it true that sage accpac is no longer issuing original CD's to clients..

Our Accpac solution provider said that we will not get original Accpac CDs for 5.4, he will download and copy software to CD.. I think for what we paid we should have gotten an original CD.

Accpac business partners receive master CD's which they can copy for their customers, or you can download the software.
What's the big deal anyway?
