ACCPAC budget import from excel

Hello
I would like to import into Accpac Advantage our budget information from Excel. The budget information is by account code and month - a total of about 25,000 entries. I have never imported anything before. I have read some of Accpac's help file on importing, but am a bit lost. Could someone help me get started.

Export from Accpac first, and follow that format.
