Accpac Bank services upgrade 5.6 errors

Hi guys,

i got the following problem: I am trying to upgrade 5.4A to 5.6A. I got an error that i should clear the Deposits and returns first before proceeding with the upgrade.

I went to banbk services and cleared the returns, cheques as well as deposits. Now my problem is that on the Deposits tab, my recon is out of balance but all the items are cleared.

I dont understand this, is there somewhere i can check to see which ones are still in transit so i can fix them either in tables or on the interfaces.

Please help.

Just force balance the bank rec, this is a known issue. Run a data integrity with fix on BK after the upgrade and adjust the bank balance as necessary. Don't sweat it, there were many issues with the bank rec.
