I am currently using Accpac Advantage 5.2A. I recently had some Registry damage due too what appeared to be a conflict between Norton 360 and Registry Mechanic. At first none of the Restore Points would work either. I was finally able to install a restore, and all programs appear to be functioning normally, except Accpac Advantage.
The program loads normally, but some of the main transaction functions, like Order Entry, Purchase Order Entry, and Receipt Entry hang up. I do not get an error message. I just get the continuous progressing dotted bar, over and over again. I need to use Task Manager to exit.
This happens with more than one User. The same Users work fine from other Workstations.
Any suggestions?
