ACCPAC 64 bit

If we need to deploy ACCPAC on a 64bit Server and the clients are 32bit, which System Manager would we need to purchase licence of? System Manager 64 bit or 32 bit?

I was referring to part # 70-07-240-00561- SM with Microsoft SQL Server System Manager with Microsoft SQL Server (64-Bit)

My bad. Its the MSSQL with 64 bit which I confused with SM 64 bit:)

Yes, you can run 32 bit SQL on a 64 bit OS, but you might as well get the better one - 64 bit.
