Accpac 60 portal

Hi All,

Am getting the following error when trying to open any accpac form remote sites via the portal.

An unexpected error occurred when trying to open Chart of Accounts. Run Workstation Setup and try again. If the error persists, contact your Sage ERP Accpac administrator for assistance.

But on the server i can open the forms what could be the issue.
