Accpac 6.0 freezes

Hi

Running Accpac 6.0

We have a site where all users are working perfectly fine - except for one.

This particular user's session freezes totally when capturing an invoice batch as soon as she wants to add a 2nd entry. If you close the batch, re-open, she can add an entry then it freezes up again.
What we have tried:
Delete and re-create the user in the AD
Delete and re-create the user in Accpac

Still the same issue.

Anyone got any ideas?
