Accpac 5.5 PO Data integrity error: Header Mismatch

Hi, This is my first post on this website wondering if anyone can help me out. Your help is much appreciated.

I just ran Data integrity on PO and found the following error on two vendors:

Receipt Vendor: 823972, AUGREY010
E: Header mismatch. Tax Excluded 2 Sum (TCEXCLUDE2=1.920, Sum of Detail Lines=0.000) is incorrect.
E: Header mismatch. Tax Allocated Amount 2 Sum (TCALLOAMT2=1.920, Sum of Detail Lines=0.000) is incorrect.
E: Header mismatch. Tax Reporting Excluded 2 Sum (TLEXCLUDE2=1.920, Sum of Detail Lines=0.000) is incorrect.
E: Header mismatch. Tax Rep. Allocated Amount 2 Sum (TLALLOAMT2=1.920, Sum of Detail Lines=0.000) is incorrect.

E: Header mismatch. Tax Allocated Amount 2 Sum (TCALLOAMT2=11.200, Sum of Detail Lines=0.000) is incorrect.
E: Header mismatch. Tax Recoverable Amount 1 Sum (TCRECVAMT1=7.000, Sum of Detail Lines=0.000) is incorrect.
E: Header mismatch. Tax Reporting Excluded 1 Sum (TLEXCLUDE1=7.000, Sum of Detail Lines=0.000) is incorrect.
E: Header mismatch. Tax Reporting Excluded 2 Sum (TLEXCLUDE2=11.200, Sum of Detail Lines=0.000) is incorrect.

Did you check the Fix Errors box?

Yes, it doesn't fix the problem.

Then that PO is toast, don't use it anymore. Once a PO goes bad like that, it's not fixable. There was another error message in the past that you're not reporting (or you don't know about) that caused the problem.

Receipt: RCP01123
W: Warning. Fiscal period 5 for fiscal year 2009 is locked.

Receipt: RCP01301
W: Warning. Fiscal period 7 for fiscal year 2009 is locked.

No, those are warnings. I mean, during a posting or a day-end processing for that PO, there was a critical error, or some database glitch.
