Accpac 5.3 and Excel 2007

I have installed Accpac on a clients machine.The accpac version is 5.3 line 100.
Everytime you try printing a financial report it generates the report but simply hangs in the process.i have installed all Accpac service packs nothing helps.Any idea on how to go about it?

Accpac 5.3 and Excel 2007 will not work well. Either upgrade Accpac or use an older version of Excel.
