ACCPAC 5.1.A: Changing Initial Set-up

When we installed the program, when it asked the question how long to keep the records for,1-99 years, we accidently clicked on OK for one (1) year. We would like to change this to ten (10) years. Does anyone have any idea how we can do without do a complete re-install?

Hi,

Go to GL -> GL Options -> Posting Tab

There at the bottom there is "Keep ?? Years of Fiscal Sets"
and "Keep ?? Years of Transaction Details"

If the ?? shows 99 then it means that this is your field.
