Accpac 4.2 IC Importing adjustments - field names. 1

I want import cost adjustments to zero the remaining actual costs on obsolete items. Can't Delete the itmes till I do.

Can someone give me the field names required or an xls file layout that we can use.

I usually do an export first then I have the Field names I want. But you can't export adjutments.
