Accounts locking out for RAS users

Hi all

Scenario is, lots of field force users with laptops. 2 RAS servers and a DC. Loads of my users accounts keep getting locked out for no apparent reason when they try to dial up and log in - which means I keep having to unlock there accounts???

Any ideas, they are not just entering passwords wrong, I dont understand.

turn your account lockout policy off then.....hehe

that would be fine if I could apply it to only the dial in part but its not very secure and I dont want the rest of the company doing that
