accounts keeps getting locked out

Hi
We have two windows 2000 domain controllers and w2k clients, some accounts are being locked out all the time, even when the person is logged on and is working then suddenly the account is locked out,
It seems just like some program is polling and tries to log on to the network share or something all the time.
This happens when the person have changed password for his account. I can then imagine that the replication isnt working alright.
But after what i know the passwords should be replicated instantlly.

Why don't you read the thread by Arran "Constant Locking of AD User Account" in this forum. Latest reply was yesterday 5/7/03. It seems like you have similar problem.
