Hi, can any explain me the procedure how to take daily and monthly reports in solaris 7 and what commands to use.

Can you be a little more specific as to your requirements? However, for starters you could use sar for system activity reporting at intervals of your choice. df -k can be used to report on disk space available whenever you wish. Finger will report on your users, and last will tell you when they last logged in. uptime will tell you information about when the machine was last rebooted and give you load averages. All of these can be included within scripts to be executed via cron (ie automatically) if you wish.
