accounting software for compact ics 2

have a lawyer with a compact ics. she wants to keep track of all calls for billing purposes. the 0x32 has smdr6 add on, does the compact ics have the same capabilities. if so does anyone make software to take the smdr printout and group numbers and times.

Correct, the SMDR6 is an ADD-ON.. Meaning it is external equipment. You can connect it to a station port and have it spit (pa-too-ee) out data to an external PC that can collect the data. Installed on that PC there is software that will interpret and sort the data as required.

There is, or used to be a software package for just that kind of purpose called HOURGLASS. Worked great fro law firms etc.
