Accounting program in LAN

I have Accounting program written with VFP 6.0, no modules, only one .exe size 8.5MB. I use Temp file to house debits and credits until they are writen in common file. HOw can I use this only Temp file for different users to enter info of different documents like Invoice to customer, invoice from vendor, receipt from customer, chek to vendor, etc., simultaneously.

Help greatly needed. Thanks in advance.

It's impossible to determine what you need to do without
seeing more information.

It sounds like you don't have the source code, is this true?

If so, the solution would be one of trial and error at best.
