Accounting Incoming Calls

Is there another way besides using CMS to know how many incoming callsreceived by a specific extension? thanks

A call accounting system would do it.

Well we do have a call accounting system. But the problem is that it doesn't show the number of the caller for international calls. It only shows the extension dialed, the date, duration and cost. So is there another program that shows the caller's number? We're using the Teltrac G-III. Thanks
