I have a strange issue. A coworker of mine was logged into the switch doing some account auditing (in the accounting section) and the system apparently hung. We were both aware that the accounting stuff takes a while at times before it responds but after a half hour we were pretty sure it shouldn't take that long. He closed IE and logged in again and was able to finish his work.
Today he in not in the office, but yet I saw an admin sessions from his computer here from yesterday. I logged out his account from the Sessions page because the switch was very sluggish as if accounting was still being done in the background. I have rebooted his computer to make sure there was no connection present. The session is still there, but now it shows a staus of "closing" where the log off button normally appears. It's been like this all morning.
Does anyone know how I can kill this seesion completely. I believe its responsible to the sluggish performance I'm seeing. I'd rather not reboot if I can avoid it, since many users are currently connected.
I am using version 3.6 of the server software if that matters.
