Account synchronisation

HI,

I have a NT domain with 200 users
20 of those users also access some resources on a Novell 3.12 server (using the same name and password they need for NT)
When they have to change their password in NT, is there a way to automatically change their password in Novell as well (without user intervention) ?

Not for NetWare 3.12, at least that I am aware of. With NetWare 4.1 and above you can use NDS for NT.
