Account Renumber/Merge/Delete

I was entering various G/L accounts to be merged with other accounts. During the processing, I received an error message saying "File AR_06CRC.SOA not found." When I click on info key, I get Error #12 - File does not exist (or already exists; Program GLWDL7; Line 4310.

I can't get out of this area and it has stopped in the middle so several of my G/L accounts are now missing. How do I fix?

The AR_06 is the Salesperson Commission Edit file.

First, check and see if it exists. If it does try rebuilding it through Library Master - Repair - Rebuild Key Files.

Second, if it does not exist I would attempt to create a blank AR_06 through the Reinitialize Data Files (use caution and make a back because reinitializing a data file will permanently erase it and create a new BLANK one in it's place).

I do not see an error message on this in the knowledgebase so I'm guessing this may be data file related.
