Account locking out

I have one remote user whose network account is always getting locked out in 2003 AD. We have checked and rechecked her password, yet it continuely gets locked out.

The only way she interacts with the network are through POP email with Outlook 2002.

I have tripled checked all usernames and password in Outlook and they are all correct, so that is not the problem. When we click on the Test Account Settings in Outlook, they all pass with no issues.

Here are the entries I see in the event log

Logon attempt by:MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_V1_0
Logon account: srsmith
Source Workstation: Email_Server_1
Error Code: 0xC0000064

I was wondering if anyone else has experience same.

Make sure that the user isn't logged on somewhere within your network with an old password.
