I am using Crystal Enterprise 10 on AIX.
User Accounts are getting locked out in only one wrong attempt, though the setting is for 3.
Our Observation:
1. One failed attempt is writing 3 audit records.
2. Changing authentication setting 'Reset failed logon count after N minute to 7' (7-9 remain same) makes bad count to 3 before account get locked out.
Authentication Setting: Disable account after N failed attempts to log on: 3
Reset failed logon count after N minute(s): 5
Please help
