Account Codes

I have a large car rental place that we installed an old Merlin Legend system in that they had at cooperate.

They want to restrict phones with account codes. So I've set up phones with account codes and added all the extension to the account code group.

However they can enter in anything to override this.

I then set it up with the phones to have a frl of 2 and set up adjuncts with frl's of 3 and put the account codes on the adjuncts. This didn't work. The adjuncts account code would not override the extensions frl.

What do I do? What am I missing? They want to restrict all calls at all extensions and only managers with account codes can override and make a call.

Account codes are for tracking, authorization codes are for "security". Give an adjunct an authorization code, have the phone user press feature 80 - auth code - # and the phone then has the same priveledges as the adjunct.
