Account codes with CAPs

I have a customer who has two 7324 sets with CAP modules installed on them. On the 7324s themselves he has a Account code (F920) button programmed.

Intermittedly when they grab a line out and hit the account code button, it says, "no line selected". When you remove the CAP module from the phone, it works all day long. Put it back on and it starts pitching a fit. Swap the phone, same thing happens, as soon as the CAP is installed on the phone the account code button won't work. If you reset the phone by just unplugging it and plugging it back in again, it will work great for a little while and then start failing again.

Now remember that this is on two seperate port two seperate phones and three different CAP mods. One has two on it, the other has one.

i have the same problem w/ 5.0. have a set w/ cap module and it does not matter whether u use the feature code or a pre programmed button....it itermitantly wont accept the account code. im gonna bring it up to the distributor today (like thatz gonna help:)).
 
also......it must be something w/ the caps. try putting the account code button on the set. in the past ive tried to put a internal autodial button for a hunt group on a cap and it wont work......but it works fine on the set.
 
The button is on the set.
I'm wondering if it is a software problem. I think I am going to set it up here in the lab and see what happens with 5.0 then down grade to 4.1.
We'll see.
