I have a customer trying to use carroer provided LD codes in Phone Manager Pro. When they set up a contact they type in the number followed by a couple of commas, then the LD code and it is not working....any ideas?
Are you dialing out on PRI in north america? If so you won't be able to do that - it takes in the entire dialing sequence in one shot and then sets up the call.
