Account codes for billing

Hi

We have multi skilled ACD agents, and I need to set up account codes for different clients they contact, this is for billing purpose, can anyone help, I have read most of the comments on here and I am not sure if using TGAR/TARG will help as I don't want to restick their outbound dialling access, but I do need to be able to see which client they have called through OTM billing.
