Account code reports

On the report for the activity codes what does it mean when you one sections is labelled "Skillset_default_activity_code-0" and another is "skillset_default_activity_code-00"

is the first one when a agent hasnt put a code in and the second when a incorrect code has been entered??

Any help would be much appreciated

I have had this problem while two acd queues using Symp. one uses activity codes, the other does not.
If they do not enter a code it falls under those first two codes.
